years and has served as a regional and national sales manager. He has a
Business Management degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University, in
Madison, New Jersey and an Associates Degree in medical technology.
Biography:
Roland is new to the area, having relocated from
Annapolis, Maryland. He and his wife of 41 years have two granddaughters
living in the Charlotte area. His son Brett has been in the HVAC
business for 16 years and also works for Brothers.
His wife is the owner of a
dog grooming business.
