Our Service Partner Plan includes the following standard
benefits:
• Priority Service. When you become a Brothers Service Partner Plan
member, you earn priority status and jump to the head of the line when you
request repairs. Your job will be scheduled ahead of other non-members and this
applies to routine as well as emergency calls!
• High-Performance Service. You can reduce breakdowns by as much as 95%
and lower your utility bills by 30% by receiving the high-performance service
that’s included in the Brothers Service Partner Plan of your choice.
• Up to 15% Discount. You will receive up to a 15% discount off the
bottom line for parts in our price book and for our heating and cooling services
for as long as our Service Partner relationship remains in effect.
• $100 Rebate for Each Year of Membership. We will give you $100 off
current list price on any complete new system for each consecutive year you
remain a Brothers Service Partner Plan member, in addition to any other
discounts on new systems.
• Emergency Service. After our non-member regular service ends at 8:00 pm
Mon.- Fri., we’ll still come out to work on your system no matter how late. (See
dispatch travel fees below)
