Assembly Directions:
Children under 9 may need adult assistance. Use the tip of a table knife to open up slots before inserting tabs. No tape is required but may help in assembly. Estimated assembly time around 10 minutes.

1. Carefully punch out the truck from the die-cut. Be careful Not to tear the roof from the sides. Tape back together if torn. Tip: Fold marks are indicated with RED dotted lines. Pre-folding ALL of these before beginning assembly will be much easier than folding during each step. (See Fig. 1)

2. Starting with the truck top, fold the left side panel down and fold the tabs over the outside of the truck side panel. (See second photo and Illustration I)

3. Insert tabs “A, B & C” into slots “a, b & c” on the outside of the truck body. Tip: Use a table knife to open the slots up before inserting. Once tab is inserted, twist tab ends up to assist in holding in place. (See Illustration II)

4. Fold all tabs for the right side over the outside of the truck side panel. Repeat step 3 with tabs “D, E & F” inserting these into slots “d, e, & f.” Once the tabs are inserted, twist tab ends up to assist in holding in place. (See Illustration II)

5. Fold the front firewall down. Fold two front tabs (right & left) “H” together (See Illustrations III & IV) and insert tabs “G” into slot “g”. Twist tab ends to hold in place.

6. Fold in truck floor, (without the grill and hood) leaving wheels flat. Leave tab “I” flat and insert tab “I” into slot “i.”

7. Tip: Fold front grill and hood creases on “J” before folding chassis in place. Fold truck chassis, leaving wheels flat, and fold in and insert tab “J” into slot “j.” Tip: Push in finger holes to help hold bottom together.

8. Fold front hood insert between the firewall and fender tabs. Tip: folding fender tabs down first will help in inserting tab “K” into slot “k”. See Illus. V

9. Fold in both back panels “L” and insert tab “L” into slot “L”

10. Fold rear bumper over the truck floor bumper (step 5). Fold tabs
“M” and insert into slots “m.” Tip: use a table knife to open slots “m” first. See Illustration VI. See 3rd photo for details.

11. Fold down back of truck, insert tabs “N” (each side) into outside of slot “n.” Tip: use a table knife to open up slots “n” & “o” first. See Fig 5.

12. Insert tab “O” into slot “o” and bend corners of tabs to hold in place. Tip: You are inserting tab “O” though two layers of paper. Use knife tip to align slots. See 2nd Photo. Tip: Twisting ends of any tabs, once inserted will help hold them in place. Tape if necessary.

13. You're finished! Your child can use the Brothers truck as a toy bank by taping the finger holes closed and inserting coins into the slot on top.
