Roger and Donald started in the business as service technicians with 4 years of technical training. This allowed them to be experts on system design and performance. Using this knowledge, they built a successful company by providing their customers with exactly what was needed to make each customer’s home the most comfortable and energy efficient.

Brothers has utilized its nationally certified service technicians as its main sales force in addition to our NEW specially trained Replacement Specialists team. Just like Roger and Donald, each tech and Replacement Specialist must know not only the basics of heat movement but the internal workings of the systems they sell. What To Expect (Evaluation)

We thank you for considering having one of our Replacement Specialists to your home. Every member of our team has passed an Extensive Background Check and Hair Follicle Drug Screening so you can feel completely comfortable with them being in your home. Their entire purpose is to perform a comprehensive evaluation of your home so as to provide solutions to your needs, wants and desires. This process includes, but may not be limited to the following;

• Comfort Concerns Survey consisting of a few questions regarding how your home functions.
• A Comprehensive Thermal Load Calculation as required by law consisting of accurate measurements of square footage, window size and type, current insulation value, orientation of home, overall home tightness, duct system tightness etc.
• Thermal Imaging Camera Evaluation. This process can uncover hidden problems with your home in regards to needless energy loss. Few of our competitors offer this service.
• Preparation of Your Choices based on information obtained in the process.
• Presentation of your Choices.
  

This process can take up to 2 hours. We realize that your time is valuable and wish that we could take up less of your time. However, this is an important decision that will affect your comfort and finances for many years to come. We must do this part correctly for you to be a happy and satisfied customer.
