What To Expect (Evaluation)

We thank you for considering having one of our Replacement Specialists to your home. Every member of our team has passed an Extensive Background Check and Hair Follicle Drug Screening so you can feel completely comfortable with them being in your home. Their entire purpose is to perform a comprehensive evaluation of your home so as to provide solutions to your needs, wants and desires. This process includes, but may not be limited to the following;

Comfort Concerns Survey consisting of a few questions regarding how your home functions.
A Comprehensive Thermal Load Calculation as required by law consisting of accurate measurements of square footage, window size and type, current insulation value, orientation of home, overall home tightness, duct system tightness etc.
Thermal Imaging Camera Evaluation. This process can uncover hidden problems with your home in regards to needless energy loss. Few of our competitors offer this service.
Preparation of Your Choices based on information obtained in the process.
Presentation of your Choices.

This process can take up to 2 hours. We realize that your time is valuable and wish that we could take up less of your time.
