We get lots of letters from our customers. This one was pretty interesting.
“I had one of Brothers plumbers, Alex, at my house today for a service call.
He had gone above and beyond with this service call. While he was repairing the plumbing I was looking up a phone number for pest control. I told him that I had heard scratching under the house last night. He said that he would take a look when he was done with the plumbing. Sure enough when he entered the crawl space he saw where something had nested in the insulation. He poked the area until a HUGE possum came out, then he located the area where it had entered the house and closed the air vent. I can not tell you how appreciative I am that he helped me. This is definitely a story that I will share with my friends and neighbors. Alex earned his gold star today.

Concerning possums, I once removed one from a gas furnace. There was a hole in the supply ductwork. The poor thing crawled in the duct, down thru the heat exchanger and into the fan section. You absolutely could not see him from looking at the fan section. The blower wheel just wouldn’t turn. When I removed the fan section was when I saw the tail. I tactfully brought the fan section to the man of the house and showed him. He asked me to remove the possum without his wifes knowledge. Expletive deleted of course. He said that she would never spend another night in the home if she were to have seen it. His secret is still safe with me.
I must say that Emmitt and his cross-training companion Ken were exceptional. They were timely upon there arrival and asked several questions about my issues, then explained what was going to happen. Further explaining price points and so on. What a delightful experience, both men were pleasant plus our Boxer liked them as well. You now hae a new customer, well done guys well done indeed.
