    My wife and I called Brothers about a hot water issue which was suggested by PSNC might be a water heater or broken line. Turns out it was a break in the hot water line. Our house was built in 1932 with galvinized plumbing pipe and it was time to replace the system. Plumbing techs Steve and Al, along with other staff, completed the new system, including a new tankless heater and a whole house filtration unit, in one day! The Brothers staff, from initial call to trucks rolling for home, were very professional. We are totally satisfied with all of the great work. We did discover a broken lightbulb and had to re-level our dryer which was moved to install new lines to the washer, but some collateral things just happen. Thank you for the excellent service.     My husband and I bought a new heat pump system and obtained the Plumbing and Heating and Air service agreement. We have been very impressed with the quality of the product and the most impressive, friendly, and knowlegeable workers in the field I have ever met. Thank You Brothers
