It was our annual late Summer Family Day at River Bash, where the Catawba River meets Lake Wylie held on Saturday, September 10, 2011. What a gorgeous day! The temperature was pleasant, the water was calm. One couldn’t ask for nicer weather! The kids had a blast playing in the lake, participating in games and making snow cones! Our fun natured founders played twister with the kids. Christy Bolton and her husband, Lex, were the corn hole champions this year. Madison and Katie once again knocked out the competition. Many of us were able to enjoy a ride on the lake, wake boarding or jet skiing thanks to the generosity of our fellow co-workers. The BBQ was tasty and desert was delicious! Over all I would say that this year’s River Bash was a great success! Thank you to all that worked so hard to make this day so special, it certainly was a day to remember! Here are some photos.
