I have to say I was leery about calling a company that is as big as yours. Wow, was I surprised. Your service from the answering service to the tech who came to my house totally exceeded my expectations. Kurt was professional and he took the time to explain to me everything that he was doing. He left nothing uncovered and even helped me make the decision that I made. My air conditioner was up and running within the hour! Thank you to Kurt and your whole team for making this whole experience so worth it. I will definitely recommend you and use your services again.

Hello,
I am not sure to whom I should share this message but I wanted to pass along a big THANK YOU and to recognize the gentleman who came to my home to service my air conditioning unit. I had issues back in June and you all had come to fix them. This past week my unit went out and in 24 hours Brothers had a service man at my home. Jason, (I'm afraid I don't remember his last name and I don't currently have the paperwork with me at the time), was wonderful! (please note his last name sounded Italian). Jason made me feel very comfortable which I am wary of being a woman alone in her home. He took the time to answer all of my questions which is much appreciated.
After checking out the unit, we had a laugh as the issue was my batteries were dead in the thermostat. The appointment cost me $89 for a AA battery change, however I'm not complaining at all. Jason could have easily taken me for a ride and I would have paid $2k had he convinced me to. A.C. units are similar to cars - if you don't know anything about them, you can be easily fooled. I am spreading the word of Brothers Heating and Air's honest customer approach. You are a rare find this day in age. THANK YOU, I will never use anyone else!

We truly admired your professionalism with evaluating our needs, devoting time to carefully explain the proposed options, and negotiating exceptional pricing on our behalf. The physical installation experience was outstanding. I believe the crew arrived around 9:45AM and by 4PM were finished with two complete (and working) system installs! That was a truly remarkable feat. My personal inspection revealed an impressive quality of workmanship and the many extras provided by Brothers to ensure a thorough installation. Dear Brothers Plumbing,
I had Alex Feemster at my house today for a service call. He had gone above and beyond with this service call. While he was repairing the plumbing I was looking up a phone number for pest control. I told him that I had heard scratching under the house last night. He said that he would take a look when he was done with the plumbing. Sure enough when he entered the crawl space he saw where something had nested in the insulation. He poked the area until a HUGE possum came out, then he located the area where it had entered the house and closed the air vent. I can not tell you how appreciative I am that he helped me. This is definitely a story that I will share with my friends and neighbors. Alex earned his gold star today.

My husband and I built our home in Indian Trail 5 years ago. [xyz co.] installed our HVAC system, so we have continued a maintenance agreement with them since. Our system has never worked well. In the 5 years that we have owned the home, we have replaced the coil, replaced two mother boards, repaired one leak and replaced a breaker. None of this was ever found during a maintenance check, it was all discovered during one of the many times our system stopped working.
We have recently moved to the western part of the state and we are renting our home in Indian Trail. On Thursday of last week, our tenant called to say that the air had stopped working. [xyz co.] just had their maintenance visit with us 3 weeks earlier, so we were surprised to hear that the system was not working. We of course called [xyz co.] to come and find out what was going wrong.
Four days later, after a string of HORRIBLE customer service representatives and the RUDEST service technician that I have ever encountered, we decided to call another company.
I could cry when I think of what a relief it was to speak to your first customer service representative. I can't believe that I didn't wirte down her name. After coming through a such a terrible experience for days and days with [xyz co.], she was a breath of fresh air. She worked with my husband over the phone on Sunday to get a visit scheduled for Monday.

Then the really great part gets started. Our service technician was Jason. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH WONDERFUL THINGS ABOUT HIM! He is courteous, kind and respectful of this difficult situation. He has been extremely efficient and responsive. He went to our home on Monday and repaired a problem with the system. He took the time to explain everything to our tenants and then called and explained everything to us over the phone. On Tuesday, the system stopped working again. I called and spoke with Suzy. Again - A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! Jason went back out to the house on Tuesday and found another problem with the system (it's amazing that our maintenance check a month ago said that all mechanical and electrical systems were in excellent working order). Jason was so apologetic that he couldn't fix the problem that night and that he had to go back the next day. At this point he could have told us that it would take a week and we wouldn't mind because it would be worth it to work with such a positive company. Jason went back to our house yesterday to fix the problem. He again took the time to explain everything to our tenant and to call me and explain.
I have been sending emails to the managers and even the owner of [xyz co.] since Sunday with no response (I actually had a service technician tell me "Good luck with that" when I asked for a managers email address). Last night it dawned on me that I am spending lots of enery to let [xyz co.] know what a horrible experience that we had while I should be using some of that energy to let you know what a WONDERFUL experience it has been to work with your company.
Please, please, please let everyone who is anyone in Brothers Heating and Air know that you have a FANTASTIC team of people! They should be proud of their employees and the image that they project into the community. Also, please make sure that Jason gets an enormous raise (or at least a pat on the back :).

Dear Brothers Plumbing:
I wanted to tell you what a great experience we ended up having yesterday after a rough start. You see in the morning I had my shower and before my husband could get in there himself---he found that the hot water heater had died (all over his beloved garage) Anyway, we called Brothers and were told this afternoon (Monday) they would come to install a new one. At 4:30 we were called and they said someone had cancelled their appt and would we like to have it done last night?
So bottom line by 8:30 PM we had a shiny new hot water heater---a young man (a baby!) named Eric was our saviour....and we have hot water and are eternally grateful. We had used someone else in the past for our HVAC stuff and then I called Brothers up and they serviced the HVAC and now have done the water heater. Great company!

Dear Duck:
I would like to take this opportunity to give your representative Mr. EMMETT OSTENDORF a very BIG THANK YOU !!!!!!!!!.
Last Thursday morning at 5:30 when I went to retrieve my Charlotte Observer, I found a very large stream of water flowing from somewhere near my meter box. I called the city and reported this fact. It was not till 2:30 that a tech arrived and informed me that it was my leak not the city's
At this time I started calling plumbers. I called two and they said no one could come till the next day. At this point I remembered that Brothers was in the plumbing business. This was due to yall installing a heat pump for me this summer.
So I called yall, The lady said someone would call within the hour and set a time for him to be at my place on that day.
Emmett called within thirty minutes and was here within an hour. After he explained the options we agreed on a deal and he set up for a drilling company to be here that day.
Soon the drilling company arrived and went to work.
As the day progressed the weather got real nasty. Temp in the mid thirties with a ugly rain. Emmett and the two man drill crew did not quit until we had water flowing in my house. Completing this job under the adverse conditions that were present deserves a very big thank you

Hope things are well with you. I am the Officer that took your wife's accident report I guess about 18 months /2 years ago now (by the way I appreciated the shout out on the air about that, I was a minor celebrity at work for a good week). Anyways, I recently moved to a new house and of course the air conditioning was not working correctly. Being a good listener I always try to patronize the businesses that advertise on your show. I have called Gutter Helmet and got an estimate from them a few years ago but it was too much money at the time. I called Brothers Air on July 29th just after noon. A techician named Jeff was at my house before 1 p.m. Unfortunately my coil had froze up and he was unable to do anything at that time. I explained to Jeff that my asthmatic mother was in town and we really needed to get the AC on that night or it was going to me a rough night for my mother. Jeff told me to give the coil about 4 hours to unfreeze and then call the service again. I called Brothers Air again at 5 p.m. and Jeff was back at my house by 5:45 and we had cold air flowing by 7 p.m.
I was very pleased that all of those things I had heard you say over the years about Brothers Air were true. Jeff conducted himself very professionally and was kind and courteous to both me and my visiting mother. The response times to my home were fast and I did not wait long to speak with a representative when I called the company. Just thought you would want to know of the good experience. Keep up the good work!!!"
