Inc. is owned by Roger and Donald Costner. The
Brothers grew up in Rock Hill, South Carolina and still call it home.
Roger has worked in the air conditioning field since 1976 and Donald
since 1982. Both are state licensed in North and South Carolina for
air
conditioning and heating. Donald also holds a license in electrical
contracting and plumbing, and Roger is a licensed home builder.
